This is an excellent book that has multiple graphics, great index and treatment modalities. The only downside is that it does not show different skin types as well.

Dr. Dinulos took the helm in editing this classic clinical dermatology textbook, previously edited by the late Dr. Habif, and made it better than ever. I have used all the major dermatology textbooks (Bolognia's, Rook's, and Andrew's) and have found Habif's Clinical dermatology to be the most clinically relevant. A lot of clinical pearls and just enough information on the many dermatologic conditions to give you a good understanding of the disease, without the extraneous information that is better reserved for more detailed reference textbooks. I highly recommend this textbook.

I'm a nurse practitioner for a while now and my dermatology texts are old and decided to get newer editions. I saw this book and decided to try it. It's one of the best things I've ever done! Even with my decades of experience in hospital and outpatient settings, and with guidance of dermatologists, dermatology can still be very challenging. With this book I feel like Dr. Habif is beside me, explaining to me what to look for, what could be the differential diagnoses... great book!
